Click the orange "Copy Signature" button. This copies the signature as a formatted rich-text element.
Open Google Gmail, click the Settings (gear) icon in the top right, then select "See all settings".
Scroll down in the General tab to the "Signature" section.
Click "+ Create new", name your signature, and click in the textbox.
Paste the signature by pressing Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac).
Under "Signature defaults", select your new signature for New emails and Replies.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
Outlook Desktop Client (Windows & Mac)
Click the orange "Copy Signature" button above.
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Go to File > Options > Mail and click on the "Signatures..." button. (On Mac, click Outlook > Settings > Signatures).
Click "New", type a name for the signature, and click inside the text edit pane.
Paste using Ctrl+V / Cmd+V. (Select Keep Source Formatting if prompted).
Set the signature as your default for new messages and replies, then click "OK".
